Every now and again we crave something savoury, and this is millet bhel is our go-to. A perfect accompaniment to chai in the evenings and something that you can whip up quickly for your family or if you have guests over.
Ingredients
- Puffed Rice
- Murginns Bajra Flakes
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- Diced Green Chilly to taste
- Lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chopped coriander
Steps
- In a big bowl, toss together together Puffed Rice, Onions, Tomatoes
- Add in salt, pepper and chilly to taste
- Add in the Bajra Flakes
- Add a squeeze of lime and chopped coriander
- It's ready to serve!
