Refund policy

We hope you enjoy or products, however if you have any problem you can reach out to us. 

Cancellation of Orders:

We only accept cancellations within 1 hour of placing the order. Please email us within 1 hour of placing your order and we will process the cancellation. No orders can be cancelled once they have been shipped

*Note: Pre-paid orders are not eligible for a refund on cancellation. In case you wish to modify or cancel a prepaid order, a credit voucher equivalent to the amount will be issued which you can use against future orders.

Returns 

We do not offer returns or exchanges since all our products are food items and are perishable.  

Exchange

Only applicable if you have received a defective or damaged product and it is unopened. Please email us at hello@murginns.com and send your item to :

Shipping costs for returning items is non-refundable and must be borne by you.

If your order is applicable for refund, we will notify you by mail. Please note it takes 15 days for the refund to reflect in your account. 

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. 
There is no refunds on sale or discounted items.
