Shipping policy

1. Do you have Cash on Delivery ?

Yes we have cash on delivery across India. 

2. Where do you ship to? 

We ship across India. However our coverage areas are limited to those of our delivery partner. In case your address is not covered, please email us at  hello@murginns.com

3. Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped we will email you the tracking reference number which you can use to track your order. 

4. Can I cancel my order?

We only accept cancellations within 1 hour of placing the order. Please email us within 1 hour of placing your order and we will process the cancellation. No orders can be cancelled once they have been shipped

*Note: Pre-paid orders are not eligible for a refund on cancellation. In case you wish to modify or cancel a prepaid order, a credit voucher equivalent to the amount will be issued which you can use against future orders. 

5. Can I return my order? 

 We do not offer returns or exchanges since all our products are food items and are perishable.  

6. What is the delivery time?

It usually takes about three to seven days for your order to reach you. However if you are in Delhi NCR, you will get it sooner.
