Shipping and Returns
1. Where do you ship to?
We ship across India. However our coverage areas are limited to those of our delivery partner. In case your address is not covered, please email us at email@example.com
2. Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped we will email you the tracking reference number which you can use to track your order.
3. Can I return my order?
We really hope you love your products, but if for some reason you aren’t happy please send us an email (at firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 days and we will work to resolve your query.
We’ll need the manufacturing date and batch number of the product you’re referring to in order to investigate the issue you’re reporting. Please ensure you take a photo of this information to provide to us when you get in touch.
4. What is the delivery time?
It usually takes about five to seven days for your order to reach you. However if you are in Delhi NCR, you will get it sooner.
5. Why is Cash on Delivery not available?
In order to ensure the safety of our delivery partners we do not offer the option of cash on delivery.
6. How can I cancel my order?
In case you want to cancel your order, please email us within 48 hours of placing your order by contacting us at email@example.com. In such a case we will refund your payment.
7. How long will my refund take?
Once cancelled or returned, refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, which will be credited within 7 to 10 working days.
